Ingredients

  • 4 oz ground turkey (lean, 93% lean)
  • 1 medium sweet potato (150g), diced
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh (cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the diced sweet potato in a bowl with half of the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
